Starting off from the analytical feed-back that is being reported by the Business Intelligence Module, the Dashboard Module takes the various Key Management Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and forms several groups so as to compare both objectives and results with an interface based upon a traffic light and graph system, showing any possible deviations through an eagle eye and providing a multidimensional business vision.
This means that the Dashboard Module is an on-going, 24-hour a day system that takes the corporate blood pressure and you can see it at any moment simply by clicking on your mouse. The competitive advantage that it offers is that you are able to take the necessary actions long before the financial results brings in the bad news, telling you that you have missed your forecasted results. This is accomplished by measuring the company’s overall on-going performance and comparing it with the pre-defined company-wide targets.
