Through the Web Estimating Module, your clients will be able to type in an on-line RFP and e-mail it to your company. By using this module, your client will have access to a menu of products that you have defined earlier and once they have chosen the product that they wish to order and the amount that they will be needing you to produce, the system will calculate the price, applying the agreed upon business logic that you have set up with that specific client, thus bearing in mind your rates, margins, volume discounts or any other aspect that you have defined for each specific client.
Once that step has been fully accomplished and always with this same web environment, the client is presented with a quote, offering them the option to immediately accept it by filling out the corresponding form, and thus initiating a concrete purchase order for your company. Both the estimate and, in this case, the purchase order are being generated by Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA, thus ensuring a maximum amount of interaction and synchronization within the system and guaranteeing a maximum level of estimate system reliability.
